Vitamin C or ASCORBIC ACID is considered a powerful antioxidant. It can stop free radicals from prematurely aging the body. This is why it is commonly used in cosmetic creams and lotions. As the skin becomes older, it can lose elasticity and start to sag. Pure vitamin C can also help to tighten the facial skin.

I take Vitamin C as supplement to increase mental focus, improve memory, think quicker, react faster and most importantly to combat groggyness when waking up in the morning.

My container with Vitamin C supplements sits right next my to my phone when its rings at 6.00am to wake up for work. After the initial wake up, i take one pill and after the effects set in I don't even bother with the snooze button. However,if i don't take it, the snooze funciton will be used for 6 to 7 times until i have only 15 minutes to get to work.
